Our Vision

Hipcamp's mission of getting more people outside resonates with our vision at Trace Space KY. We prioritize environmental stewardship and aim to create habitats that support local wildlife. Backed by Hipcamp, we reach a broader audience, breaking down barriers to access and educate about protecting and nurturing indigenous flora and fauna while practicing sustainable living, building wildlife habitats and pollinator gardens. By supporting pollinators and planting native species, we contribute to the preservation of the region's biodiversity.
Every booking can lead to valuable information and discussions about wildlife conservation. For example, last summer, a couple that stayed with us learned about the native plants in our area and subsequently organized for their own pollinator garden to help the bees, butterflies and birds. That is our mission!
Generating Extra Income
By ensuring a creative, unique, and inviting atmosphere for our guests, we also create a win-win scenario: we generate funds while passionately sharing our wildlife initiatives and purpose. This financial source allows us to keep pursuing our mission while ensuring a memorable experience for everyone who visits.
Cherishing Kind Guests

Our experience as a Hipcamp host has shown us how blessed we are to have had such thoughtful guests. Many express their gratitude for the tranquility and beauty of our area. Some have even assisted with local identification of the bird species to help our efforts of building habits to attract birds. And some have left kind gifts behind for us.
Wrapping Up
Hosting on Hipcamp is much more than just providing a space; it's about caring for our environment, spreading kindness, amplifying our conservation mission, earning a little extra income, and sharing our small space for others to create and cherish memories. Aligning our values with those of Hipcamp has significantly enhanced our journey and bolstered our commitment to creating a sustainable and certified wildlife habitat and pollinator gardens.
If you're considering becoming a Hipcamp host, remember that you're not just offering a place to stay—you're creating an opportunity to share your passion for nature and inspire others to connect with the outdoors. Together, we have the power to make a meaningful impact, one guest at a time.
Thank you, Hipcamp!
